Come build with us.
We hire for ownership, not headcount. We are not actively hiring right now, but we are always glad to meet people who build. Send your CV to careers@gigplux.com and we will keep you in mind for future roles. We reply to every application personally.
What to expect.
What you will get
- Real ownership and accountability from your first week
- Direct access to all three founders, every day
- Work that ships and reaches real users
- No middle management, no approval chains, no politics
- Remote-first, async-friendly work culture
- A seat at the table when decisions are made
What we look for
- You take problems seriously and see them through
- You ship things, not just plans or presentations
- You communicate clearly and directly
- You improve everything you touch, not just your own work
- You are comfortable with ambiguity at an early-stage company
- You want to build something that lasts, not a resume line
Where we will need you.
Build the systems that power GigPlux products. Own API design, database architecture, performance, and reliability, working directly with the CTO on the hardest infrastructure problems we face. Node.js or Python required.
Build interfaces people interact with every day. You care about performance, accessibility, and the polish that makes products feel inevitable. Strong React and TypeScript required; design instincts a real advantage.
Work across the entire product stack, from API design to user interface, owning full features end to end without losing quality on either side. TypeScript throughout.
Design and optimize the data layer GigPlux products run on: schema design, query performance, migrations, and data integrity across multiple products. PostgreSQL required; Redis and distributed systems preferred.
Own GigPlux's go-to-market from zero. Shape the brand voice, build an audience before launch, and drive distribution for the product portfolio. Builder mindset essential. There are no playbooks yet, and that is the point.
Help build and run the GigPlux community: moderate forums, support users, coordinate events, and create a space people genuinely want to participate in.
The application process.
Send your application
Email careers@gigplux.com with the role in the subject line. A short note on what you do best beats a long cover letter. Portfolios and links welcome.
Intro call
A 30-minute call with one of the founders. No prep needed. A conversation, not an interrogation.
Work sample
A short, realistic task related to the role. A few hours at most, and we pay for anything beyond that. Real problems, not puzzle games.
Final call & offer
A conversation with the full founding team. If it's a match on both sides, we move fast. No drawn-out committee decisions.
Not hiring today, but the door is open.
We are not running an active hiring round right now, but we read every CV that comes in and keep strong ones on file for when a role opens. Introduce yourself and we will remember you.
